Support the establishment of strong and effective African descent community organizations able to develop and implement programs that meet community needs. Targets leaders of community organizations of African descent. Keen to ensure women and youth participation.

Support corporate governance training through our leadership in action series.
Build organizational capacity in resource mobilization including grants writing and project management.

ACRN Community mentorship program.
Individual and Family Support Services
OBJECTIVE
Support healing and overcoming oppression, positive self- identity and awareness, and to enhance skills in personal and inter-relationships. Targets individuals and families of African descent. Keen to include single mums and dads.
Scope: Saskatchewan.
Training in human rights, critical anti-discrimination practice, self and diversity management.
Career planning, mentorship and volunteer services.
Individual and family counseling.
Referrals, translations and advocacy.

Professional Development for Members
OBJECTIVE
Provide resources to immigrant professionals to help them practice in their chosen professions in the shortest time possible. Targets professional African descent immigrants
